About Me

Hi! I’m Romer. I’ve been working in the anti-spam field for the last decade, doing a little bit of everything:

  • abuse guy, later “the spamblocking guy”, at a major ISP
  • DNSbl investigator
  • investigator for a sender accreditation service
  • operations manager for Internet Law Group
  • engineer for a major anti-spam product

I’ve got a pretty good handle on how e-mail, as a communications medium, is seen from the points of view of recievers, recipients, and senders. While I often blog about e-mail, spam, and deliverability for my company’s blog, I’ll also be putting some of my thoughts here.
